Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will give you total command over your e-mail box accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can set up a new e-mail box account in no time and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward e-mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, create email filters, set up autoresponders and defend your electronic mail accounts against spam electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming messages on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and define the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mail messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other email boxes. Simply select the e-mail account you wish to forward e-mail messages from, then select the destination email mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the email client of your choice to access your email mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple email box accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
